Iroko Zen has chosen to adopt a diversified strategy in order to ensure better risk management: geographic diversification and diversification by asset class. This allows exposure to several economies and sectors of activity, thus reducing the impact in case of difficulties in a particular sector.

Iroko Zen is an SCPI without dogma, which invests opportunistically and without constraints in any tertiary real estate sector and in all countries of Western Europe. Iroko Zen opted for a granular strategy. With an average asset size of €6 million, it reinforces its objective of ultra-diversification and liquidity.
