Iroko Zen, a management based on conviction which is based on 3 pillars
01
Varied investments
Iroko Zen has chosen to adopt a diversified strategy in order to ensure better risk management: geographic diversification and diversification by asset class. This allows exposure to several economies and sectors of activity, thus reducing the impact in case of difficulties in a particular sector.
02
Seizing opportunities
Iroko Zen is an SCPI without dogma, which invests opportunistically and without constraints in any tertiary real estate sector and in all countries of Western Europe. This approach makes it possible to take advantage of the opportunities and decorrelationships offered according to market dynamics. Being agile today means giving yourself the opportunity to capture the markets of tomorrow.
03
A granular approach
Iroko Zen opted for a granular strategy. With an average asset size of €6 million, it reinforces its objective of ultra-diversification and liquidity. This demanding strategy, as opposed to a passive approach, makes it possible to avoid direct competition with traditional asset managers and to aim for an optimal risk/return combination.
